Light of Love

Make space in your heart for me, my dear.

I shall be there soon.

Illuminate a path

So that I may find my way quickly to your shore.

Seeking refuge, I have stumbled in the past,

Catching myself in traps keenly set by hunters always at the chase.

But hold on, I’m coming now.

Shine for me dear one!

I will seek out your heart

And safe harbor there within.

  1. Hi,
A very nice poem, and I love the picture, both perfect for this month that is made
for lovers. Valentines Day is just around the corner. 🙂

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment on my blog.

  2. He longed to fly into the harbour of my heart,
darker than his, more cool. He little thought
it was a riotous prison that he sought
What could he give me, who was never his fool?
I have wondered what he read into my face.
